Our Red Seal pastry chef, Daniel, and his extraordinary team of bakers are on hand
every day, and together they make us one of the finest bakeries in the city. Only
the best quality ingredients go into everything we bake, like sourdough starters,
53% Lindt chocolate and real butter and cream.
Artisan breads are baked with the finest cheeses, olives, artichokes, mushrooms
and roasted garlic. Ciabatta, focaccia and fergasa are just a few. And baked goods
include cakes, pastries, tortes, slices, cheesecakes and cookies. Choose from our
