Our Cheese Department is by far the largest and most widely varied in Winnipeg.

A sprawling landscape of nearly 500 cheeses from around the world and even our own backyard are here for you to experience. We stock a wide variety of pasteurized and raw milk cheeses, gorgonzola, Brie and camembert, Parmigiano Reggiano, Caciocavallo, buffalo mozzarella, valencay, chenal du moine, Italian and Greek feta and our very own Manitoba Trappist Monk cheese are just a few to explore.
